1. Agent-Assisted Cancellations (Within 24 Hours):

• If your flight is Domestic then $75.
• For International Flights, it is $100.
• If your flight class is Business & First-Class then $100.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Beyond 24 Hours):

• Economy Class:
• For Domestic Flights: $75 (Future Credit), $150 (Refund)
• If your flight is International: $75 (Future Credit), $250 (Refund)
• Business/First Class:
• For Domestic Flights: $100 (Future Credit), $250 (Refund)
• For International Flights: $100 (Future Credit), $250 (Refund)

3. Ticket Changes & Modifications:

• If your flight tickets is under $1000, it is up to $200.
• If your flight tickets is $1000 or more than it, then $200 or 15% of ticket value (whichever is higher).

4. Special Services Fees:

• Economy Class: Agent-Assisted Waivers: $75
• Business/First Class: Agent-Assisted Waivers: $100
